Trauma is stored in our bodies' tissues until it can be released. This stored trauma typically leads to pain and progressively erodes the body’s health.

There are 3 main types of trauma that get locked inside us:

Acute Trauma
This results from a single stressful or dangerous event.

Chronic Trauma
This results in repeated exposure to stressful events (child abuse, bullying, etc).

Complex Trauma
This results from exposure to multiple traumatic events.

How it Works
This is an ancient practice that helps us consciously deal with subconscious traumas stored in our cellular memory.
This technique will be done over the course of an 11-day period (live and pre-recorded) so you will need to create a set amount of time daily to complete these practices (see time schedule below).
With this practice you will be asked to focus on specific periods of your life. You will then begin the practice that will activate the full nervous system and allow the body to Release Trauma.
After the Program, you will receive 3 follow up 1:1 Counselling sessions for integration.
