The ITP practice (Integral Transformative Practice) is a holistic approach to personal growth and transformation, rooted in the principles of transpersonal psychology. Transpersonal psychology is a branch of psychology that focuses on the spiritual and transcendent aspects of human experience and seeks to integrate these experiences with psychological theory and practice.

ITP practice was developed by Michael Murphy, the founder of the Esalen Institute, and George Leonard, a noted author and Aikido master. ITP practice combines a variety of practices and techniques from different spiritual traditions, including meditation, yoga, breathwork, journaling, and others, to create a comprehensive approach to personal growth and transformation.

The goal of ITP practice is to help individuals integrate all aspects of their being - body, mind, emotions, and spirit - in order to achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life. The practice emphasizes the development of mindfulness, self-awareness, and compassion, as well as the cultivation of spiritual connection and transcendence.
Through regular practice of ITP, individuals may experience a range of benefits, including reduced stress and anxiety, increased emotional well-being, greater spiritual connection and understanding, and improved physical health. The practice is designed to be adaptable to each individual's unique needs and goals, making it a flexible and personalized approach to personal growth and transformation.
